Understanding Your Investment
Insurance & Payments
Membership fees are private-pay and are not billed to insurance. Membership does not replace your traditional insurance coverage (which you should maintain for emergencies, hospitalizations, or specialist visits).
HSA/FSA Eligible: You may use your tax-advantaged HSA or FSA funds to pay for up to $150/month of your membership fee.
The "Tax Discount": Using pre-tax dollars effectively lowers your out-of-pocket cost by 25–35% depending on your tax bracket.
Documentation: We provide itemized receipts (Superbills) and Letters of Medical Necessity (LMN) to help you maximize your benefits.

How Membership Works with Insurance
Membership is optional and does not replace health insurance. It is designed to support the non-covered, high-touch elements of your care that traditional insurance typically does not fund, such as:

Membership fees are private-pay and are not billed to insurance. However, under the 2026 One Big Beautiful Bill Act, you can use your HSA or FSA funds to cover up to $150/month of these membership fees tax-free.
Self-Pay Options
If you do not have one of the insurance plans listed above, or if you prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer transparent self-pay rates for all visits. We can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We actively support your use of HSA and FSA funds (up to $150/month under 2026 federal guidelines) to help lower your out-of-pocket costs by utilizing pre-tax dollars.
Insurance Synergy:
While we do not bill insurance for membership fees, we work with your insurance for external costs. We send laboratory orders and imaging requests to in-network facilities (such as Labcorp or Quest) so you can use your coverage for those essential services.
